If one of those listings belongs to you — whether you're the homeowner, the listing agent, or the broker — you can claim it and take over control.
Once you claim a listing, it's yours to manage: update the details, swap out photos, change the price, or remove it when it sells. Having a ForSale.direct account also keeps your contact information private, although we do recommend posting either your email or phone number, to increase the potential for a buyer to reach you.
There's no cost to claim a listing. After you submit the form below, we'll verify your connection to the property and follow up within 1–2 business days with next steps. You'll need a ForSale.direct account so we can transfer ownership to you. We'll only contact you about this claim. Your information isn't sold or shared.
